Cancellation Policy

We understand life happens; however, please do your best to give us 24 hours' notice or more if you cannot make your appointment. The best way to do so is to call us. Please do not text. Our business line does not receive texts. It is respectful and kind of you to let us know ahead of time if you cannot come, as we can schedule other appointments in place of yours. Because we may miss opportunities to schedule other clients, you may be charged a minimum of 60 percent of the total session cost for canceling less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

A no-show is a client who schedules an appointment and does not show up. They also do not notify us that they cannot come. No-shows may be charged the full session price because our therapist is waiting, is prepared, and, again, could have scheduled another client.
